Our student activities staff is here to bring lively events to campus, spark meaningful dialogue with students, and make sure we have an inclusive campus that celebrates diversity.
All semester long there are fun events and ways to get involved.

Get Involved
The Campus Activities Board (CAB) at Jefferson Community College is a student-run organization that provides a variety of quality entertainment and leadership opportunities for all students, allowing them to get involved on campus in a unique way. CAB provides students with experiences in planning, publicizing, budgeting and implementing programs that help them develop lifelong skills to complement their academic experiences at JCC.
CAB’s events not only help students relax and enjoy their time on campus - they also often provide students with a much-needed break from studying.

Student Government is a unified body of dedicated students who work together to address the needs and concerns of JCC students to better serve both the students and campus community. We assist in the management of student fees and serve as the student body’s liaison to campus committees and JCC administration.
We are comprised of the Executive Board, the Student Assembly and committees which provides open forums for student voices and where we respond with innovative ideas that reflect the concerns of the campus community.
Why should you get involved?
Participation in Student Government is an effective way to share concerns and ideas and to learn about the various student activities that help support student learning outside the classroom. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and are committed to establishing the benchmark for future student leadership.
