Jefferson Community College (JCC) will hold a ServSafe Certification workshop on June 14, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Lewis County JCC Education Center, Lowville. Intended for food service personnel, JCC's workshop helps food service establishments meet the New York State Public Health Law that mandates one ServSafe certified staff member be present where food is handled, cooked, stored, served, delivered, removed and disposed.

The program begins May 31, 2022. Space is limited. Early registration is recommended.
